Night of 1,000 Lights Appreciation December 2019

December 12, 2019

Dear Aiken High School Rotary Interact Club Heroes,

Congratulations on completing another outstanding service project for the City of Aiken and for our friends at the Aiken Downtown Development Association.

I am so proud that you helped put out over 1,000 luminaries and then you stayed to help pick them back up in the chilly rain. Once again, you showed how dependable you are and that once you give your word, you follow through. You always keep your word.

You have character and grit and this is why I love being your sponsor.

Sincerely,
Art Lader signature

Four Way Test

October 20, 2019

Dear Aiken High School Rotary Interact Club  Heroes,

Downtown Aiken is pretty nice, isn’t it? And it seems to get nicer all the time, right? Did you know that there are people who work hard to make sure it’s that way?

This coming Tuesday, October 22, 2019, a representative of the ADDA, the Aiken Downtown Development Association, will attend our meeting to have a conversation with us about the work the ADDA does and how we can support their efforts.

If you are an Instagram fan, check them out the ADDA https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/downtownaiken/.

Their Facebook page is here. – https://www.facebook.com/downtownaiken/

I am looking forward to seeing you Tuesday in my room at Aiken High.

Sincerely,
